STONE RESTORATION

Stone restoration with the TRILOGY allows for a wide variety of surfaces to be clean effectively and efficiently with one machine. With the TRILOGY’s ability to be multi-media capable in combination with its media flow and air pressure control, enables it to gentle or though when required.

GRAFFITI REMOVAL

The TRILOGY offers its users a lightweight portable system that allows for fast removal of graffiti and or paint from masonry surfaces. This system can increase your job performance by reducing set up and clean up time, while achieving optimal results in comparison to traditional sandblasters.

BLACK CRUST REMOVAL

Black crust that forms on marble can be difficult to remove as it makes the contaminated surface harder. When performing cleaning, the soft marble will erode much faster than the crust. This is makes restoration projects quite difficult to perform without causing any addition surface damage. However, IBIX has developed a solution that can be applied on top of the black crust to soften it. Using the black crust solution in conjunction with the TRILOGY allows for effective cleaning procedures.

PLASTER REMOVAL

The TRILOGY system is extremely useful for a selective cleaning that removes plaster without altering the coating film finish since its application parameters (pressure and inert material/air mixture control) can be perfectly adjusted to the work to be performed.

HEADSTONE RESTORATION

The TRILOGY is suitable for cleaning headstones made of stone, marble, granite or brick which have been contaminated with black soot, atmospheric pollution, carbonisation, and other deposits that have solidified on the surface. With the use of the HELIX nozzle, even decorative pieces become easy to clean. Using the “DRY” method with calcium carbonate (Carbonart Z6) the system can clean very porous and degraded surfaces. The air pressure must never be higher than 22 PSI (1.5 bar) and should be held at a distance of 30/40 cm. Using the “WET” method with calcium carbonate (Carbonart Z5") and water, it creates an ideal cleaning system for non-porous stone and marble.
