The TRILOGY’s performance cannot be matched when it comes to the removal of anti-fouling paint from fiberglass, wood or metal hulls. The treatment is capable of removing thick layers of anti-fouling paint without damaging the gel coat and prepares the surface to be re-coated.

Operation lead times are inevitably reduced as productivity in the yard increases. For example, a 40 foot boat that had 10 layers of paint, required only one worker to work for 7 hours including idle time (4-5 hours of actual equipment use).

The TRILOGY is ideal to remove barnacles and other biological infestations from submerged parts of the boat such as the flaps, rudders and propellers. Using IBIX ART as the aggregate, layers of infestation can be removed effectively

The ECO-BLASTER dry method when used at low pressure is the preferred system to clean propellers at boat yards. An extremely smooth and uniform surface is obtained with the use of IBIX ART (200 mesh). The execution time is significantly improved by 75% in comparison to traditional orbital systems.
